Solid honey, minor shipping issue
I bought the MGO 514+ Manuka Honey a few weeks ago. The quality is definitely there, really thick and good flavor. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in Arizona, which was okay. My only small complaint was the box was a bit squashed on one corner, but the jar inside was fine, so no real harm done. Customer service was responsive when I asked a question about tracking.
Consistent quality over time
This isn't my first time ordering from Steens Honey, and definitely won't be my last. I've been getting their Manuka honey for a while now, usually the MGO 263+. This last order was just as good as all the others, same great taste and consistency. Shipping was reliable as always, took about a week to reach my place in Texas.
